Laborers\u3068\u3057\u3066\u65e5\u672c\u56fd\u6c11\u3067\u3042\u308b\u5f7c\u3089\u3092\u5fb4\u7528\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u306f\u56fd\u969b\u6cd5\u306b\u7167\u3089\u3057\u3066\u3082\u5408\u6cd5\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3002<br>\n\u3055\u3089\u306b\u65e5\u97d3\u9593\u306e\u8acb\u6c42\u6a29\u554f\u984c\u306f\u500b\u4eba\u306e\u8acb\u6c42\u6a29\u3082\u542b\u3081\u30661965\u5e74\u306b\u7de0\u7d50\u3055\u308c\u305f\u653f\u5e9c\u9593\u5354\u5b9a\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u300c\u6700\u7d42\u7684\u304b\u3064\u5b8c\u5168\u306b\u89e3\u6c7a\u3055\u308c\u305f\u300d\u3053\u3068\u3092\u78ba\u8a8d\u3057\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3002<br>\n\u97d3\u56fd\u304c\u6761\u7d04\u3092\u5b88\u3089\u305a\u65e5\u672c\u4eba\u306b\u8ce0\u511f\u3092\u8981\u6c42\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u306f\u65e5\u672c\u4eba\u306e\u4eba\u6a29\u3092\u4fb5\u5bb3\u3059\u308b\u884c\u70ba\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3002<br>\n\u6211\u3005\u306f\u4eba\u6a29\u7406\u4e8b\u4f1a\u304c\u97d3\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u306b\u5bfe\u3057\u3066\u6b21\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306b\u52e7\u544a\u3059\u308b\u3088\u3046\u8981\u8acb\u3059\u308b\u3002<br>\n1.\u3000\u7a1a\u62d9\u306a\u6cd5\u5236\u5ea6\u306b\u3088\u308b\u65e5\u672c\u4eba\u3078\u306e\u4eba\u6a29\u4fb5\u5bb3\u3092\u5373\u523b\u4e2d\u6b62\u3059\u308b\u3002<br>\n2.\u30001965\u5e74\u306e\u4e8c\u56fd\u9593\u6761\u7d04\u3092\u9075\u5b88\u3059\u308b<br>\n\u3054\u6e05\u8074\u3042\u308a\u304c\u3068\u3046\u3054\u3056\u3044\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u767a\u8a00\u3000\u82f1\u8a9e\uff1a<br>\nThank you Mr. President.<br>\nRepublic of Korea\u2019s supreme court ruled that Japanese enterprises must pay reparations to Korean individuals because, during the WW2, Japanese companies forcibly mobilized Koreans to work as slave labor in the Japanese factories.<br>\nHowever, this is totally against the historical truth.<br>\nThe matter of the fact is, many of those Korean men voluntarily applied and worked in Japan due to much higher wages in Japan.<br>\nIn 1944, the requisition order was announced and applied to Korean men as wartime labors which is legitimate order under the International law.<br>\nIn 1965, bilateral treaty was made between Japan and the ROK government acknowledging the issue is \u201cfinally and completely\u201d resolved.<br>\nNullifying the treaty and demanding reparation is violating the human rights of the Japanese people.<br>\nWe demand this Council to recommend the ROK government as follows;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Stop violating the human rights of the Japanese people by exploiting ROK\u2019s immature legal system.<\/li><li>Strictly keep the bilateral treaty of 1965.<br>\nThank you for your attention, Mr.
